The setting is stunning, just a short walk away from Gale Oeste Beach, around 10-15 minutes on foot.

We really enjoyed their warm breakfast with drinks available and options also for. The staff were attentive and particularly helpful and the location was amazing close to beach.

This place boasts a beautiful location, with a short walk to a palm tree garden and the ocean in the distance, offering breakfast options to suit every taste and providing first-class service and onsite parking.

Amazing location by the beach and the palm trees everywhere made it feel very tropical. The suite had interconnecting doors so the whole family were together and the rooms were very spacious. The restaurant had a great menu and the breakfasts were fantastic.There were 9 swimming pools and all were fresh water so no nasty smelling chlorine!

There never appeared to be enough staff around to serve at the reception and bar and many spoke no english which was frustrating. The outside eating area and bar were not yet completed which was very annoying as you could not enjoy the food around the pool however this will be completed soon so would be better in a few weeks.

Very good location next to the beach. Open spaces and large room sizes. Very convenient for familys as there is the option to add a kids room to the main suite.

We had a delicious lunch at the restaurant with fresh dishes, and the bed was super clean while the bathroom was spacious.

Varied breakfast options to suit every taste, including gluten-free choices and delicious pastries. the staff are competent and extremely friendly. - the hotel boasts an amazing and incredible location surrounded by immaculate spacious gardens.

Nice place for a date night, felt like home. The location was amazing as for me, not far from seating areas out side and pools and different levels adults and children and even the water temperature, the restaurant and the hotel's garden. Moreover, it was at a short distance from Praia Gale Sandy Beach. It had an a la carte restaurant for lunch.

The location next to the beach is excellent. The size of the suites and living room is appreciated.

The services are not proper of a five star hotel, such as not having any kitchenware in the kitchen (silver ware, plates, napkin, nothing), which it is not expected when you see the pictures available on line. The only available ware, were tea cups but the cleaning services did not wash them during the 3 day stay (nor were there available detergent/sponge to wash them). They did not renew the tea bags or water either. Many services/facilities were not working properly: elevator, hot water, etc. The pool and spa area is not safe (slippery, very dangerous, children and adults may fall, the pool does not have signs indicating the end of the lane which can be very dangerous when swimming). The temperature of the water was cold.

The breakfast here is hot and delicious, and this place is in a great location close to lots of nightlife and other beaches.

After checking in I had to leave the building and drive my car into the basement floor, to a parking lot the same style as a medium-class residential building. After taking the lift, had to go through a balcony and a hall with very dim light to get to the room. The room was very poorly furbished, almost like an Ibis. There were no tiles on the bathroom walls.There was no tub, only a shower. Large balcony, but with nothing on it. The balcony overlooks a zone with many small trees that give no shade, almost like a tree nursery. To have breakfast (until 10 AM!), we had to cross the road to another building. Choice of food at breakfast was very poor. Some employees are very kind, others indifferent or even hostile. 5 stars is overrated!
